We started Echo CartWorks around a simple idea: golf cart owners shouldn't have to lose a day trailering their cart across town and waiting weeks for a shop appointment. So we built the shop to come to them instead.

Echo CartWorks LLC is owned and operated directly by us — a husband-and-wife team — with hands-on mechanical experience behind every repair. No subcontractors, no call centers: when you call, you're talking to the people doing the work.
We're based in Wales, Michigan — a state with more public golf courses than anywhere else in the country, plus a huge population of carts used year-round across lake communities, HOAs, and retirement neighborhoods. This is home, and we built Echo CartWorks for our neighbors.
Most Michigan golf cart dealers offer service, but typically require you to trailer your cart in and book weeks out during peak season. We built Echo CartWorks to compete on convenience and speed — not by being the cheapest option, but by respecting your time.
Golf courses, HOAs, retirement communities, lake properties, and driveways — our van is a rolling repair bay.
You approve the scope before we go beyond the original quote — except minor diagnostic work needed to confirm it.
Labor is warranted against defects for 30 days from the date of service, with manufacturer warranties passed through on new parts.
